Each Thursday 2.00-4.15pm on 7, 14, and 21 September and Monday afternoon on 18 September 2000, Pearce Institute, 840 Govan Road, Glasgow

This afternoon course held over four weeks is designed for solicitors and advisors who have a basic knowledge of housing law whioch they wish to build upon.

  • Application of the Human Rights Act to housing law cases

  • Application of Judicial Review to housing law cases

  • Anti-social behaviour - developments in the law

  • Remedies for disrepair & dampness - developments in the law

All tutors are experienced housing law practitioners. Places will be limited so early booking is advised.
