Each Wednesday afternoon, 3.00-5.00pm on 15, 22, 29 November and 6 December 2000, Pearce Institute, 840 Govan Road, Glasgow This four week evening course is designed for social welfare practitioners with little or no experience of representing clients in a tribunal or court forum. Where to stand, where to sit, when to speak, how to present legal argument - this course will guide you through the common pitfalls.
