Auxiliary Aids & Services
UK
Conference, 4 April 2003, Glasgow
Part
4 of the Disability Discrimination
Act 1995 (the Part which applies to Colleges and Universities) has
been in force since September 2002. As of September 2003,
further and higher education providers will require to provide
additional aids and services to disabled students by law.
From
September 2005, alterations to buildings and premises will
also be required. This conference brings together a wealth of
experience and expertise in the fields of disability
discrimination and further and higher education and will equip
you with all the knowledge (both practical and legal) you need
to stay on the right side of the law and create a truly
