Access
to civil justice - Govan
Law Centre's submission to the Justice 2 Committee on implications
from the draft Small Claims (Scotland) Amendment Order 2001 and
Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971 (Privative Jurisdiction and
Summary Cause) Order 2001. On 20 November 2001, the Deputy Minister
for Justice announced the withdrawal of both orders (see
GLC news).
