SALC is the representative organisation for Scotland's community and user controlled law centres.   All law centres are charities and aim to tackle the unmet legal needs of those in poverty and disadvantage.  -

They specialise generally in social welfare and housing law, refugees, immigration, debt, mental health, dementia, rights of victims, education law, and discrimination law, to name but a few areas.    Law centre legal services are free at the point of delivery.
